How do I Open an Account?

Opening an account on FXRoad is a user-friendly process. You can click on the "Open Account" button located on any page of the FXRoad website and enter the basic information requested. After clicking on "Register", you are good to go! You can either choose the Virtual or Real mode to continue trading. With the Virtual account, you can experience trading without any risks as the account has already been funded, and you can start placing orders right away. On the other hand, if you want to trade in Real mode, you will need to deposit funds first and complete an online questionnaire. Once our team has received and checked the questionnaire, you can start real trading.

Is it necessary for me to submit any documents?

To adhere to the regulator's legislation and anti-money laundering (AML) policy, you are required to verify your account by submitting documents that validate your identity and place of residence. This process is known as Know Your Client (KYC). If you require assistance, our Customer Support team will be happy to guide you through this straightforward procedure.

What is the reason for me to undergo the Know Your Client (KYC) process?

As FXRoad is under the regulation of the Financial Services Authority in Seychelles, it is mandatory for every new trader to submit proof of identity and proof of residence documents. The KYC process is a widely accepted standard within the industry and is implemented by all regulated platforms. Its purpose is to provide an additional layer of security and transparency for a secure trading environment.

How many account types are available?

There are four different account types, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Islamic. We believe in keeping things simple and having our entire community on the same page. By doing so, we can focus on making FXRoad one of the best trading platforms possible.

What are the steps to add funds to my FXRoad account?

To add funds to your account, log in to the platform, go to the Deposit tab, enter the desired amount along with your credit card details, and the funds will be immediately available in your account balance.

Is there a minimum amount for withdrawing funds from my account?

Yes, the minimum amount for withdrawals funds via wire transfer from your account is 50 EUR.

Are there any charges for deposits or withdrawals?

The Client is responsible for paying any banking or payment service provider fees, charges, costs, or conversion charges associated with their deposits or withdrawals. The Company does not impose any fees for deposits or withdrawals.
